I love each service that I attend, whether it’s Wednesday night bible study, or Sunday morning service. This last Sunday service was our Andrew Service and it was an exceptional example of FCAF’s hospitality and welcoming spirit. I love my church and I am proud to be a part of a family who truly is seeking God and is genuine in all of their efforts. Even bigger and better than all that I just said, God’s presence was in the house, God moved, as He moves every Sunday, people were touched, people were crying, people were at the altar repenting and waiting to hear from God. Praise the Lord!
An immediate sense of welcome and friendly environment from the congregation of First Church. A smile, handshake, and warm greeting makes you feel home and an automatic member in this assembly. God’s presence fills the building and heart, as praise and worship is lifted up to Him through song and the people lifting their hands to Him. An anointed message from the Man of God pierces into the heart and soul as God’s Word is extorted with love and faith. Hope and grace is found at the altar as God moved upon the people to seek Him and laid their sacrifice before Him. I enjoy every service and look forward to returning and join the church family once again soon.
It was such a wonderful blessing to my soul to have an opportunity to share with my family the amazing experience of Gods awsome presents,the overwhelming feelings of love and friendship and the anointed teachings of Pastor Noah Battle. God is so good!! The presents of God was so strong, we couldn’t help but to Praise him with all our heart and soul. The biggest blessing came days later when my step-mother who isn’t saved told me that Pastor Battle’s anointed word touched her heart and soul, and she was tired of being stuck in babylon, and she had made her mind up to stop smoking, PRAISE GOD!! I thank God for calling me out of the darkness and into such a marvelous light, and a truely amazing Church.
I really enjoyed our Andrew service! After the service, my friends just couldn’t stop talking about how God had touched and moved them. They all want to get right and grow in God.
My friends all loved pastor Battle’s preaching! The service was awesome! The only problem, we wished we could have worshipped the Lord all night long.
Church I just want to encourage you all to keep on doing what you are doing because I know God is taking notice of what is happening at First Church. I personally believe He is well pleased. I simply can’t wait for the next service.
Praise the Lord!! I just have to say that yesterdays service was once again a blessing to my soul. Its so amazing how God answers my prayers. Instead of starting our service the usual way, Pastor Battle chose to take that time to talk about prayer, and the purpose of our prayer. He broke it down to us like only he can. The whole time that he was talking I was like “WOW how did he know this is what I needed?” Just that morning I was asking God to make me a prayer warrior. GOD IS SO GOOD!! I felt like God was talking thru him directly to me, how amazing is that!!
And when he started preaching the word, oh that wonderful, truthful, amazingly good word!! Oh how I love the way it touches my heart and gives me unbelievable joy! Words cant describe how great it feels to be in the Lord’s presents. I walked into church on Sunday feeling incomplete and left feeling AMAZING, and ready to take on the week ahead of me with my spirit and faith renewed. I give God all the Glory and All the praise, he is so unbelivably good to me!! I am truly blessed!!

My Pastor has said that 2009 is the year for salvation, and I am truly convinced that he is so right!! Yesterday in service, the Lord renewed my spirit, and strengthened me in a mighty way!! By the end of service my heart and mind were made up that I will now longer run around in circles with my salvation! There is no excuses for weakness, or treading water, its time to get serious about my salvation and the salvation of my children and others. I am so grateful that my Pastor isn’t afraid to feed us meat, he knows that milk alone wont strengthen us. His aggression is exactly what I needed.
My one true desire is to have my children saved. I do what I can to teach them about God, I pray for them, in hopes that they will realize he is real, and he does save, but I didn’t think I was getting thru to them. I watch them in Church, and it doesn’t look like they are paying attention, Sometimes I question rather they even believe! Well yesterday in service, the Lord showed me that my son Chamber does believe!! He went to the altar, and poured his heart out to the lord, he tarried a long while, It was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen!! I could see God all over his lil face, the Lord was blessing him in a mighty way. He was so close to receiving God’s Holy Spirit!! My prayers have finally been answered! Praise God for his loving mercy. Not only did he bless my sons soul, he blessed mine as well. What a wonderful start the new year, a year of salvation. I’m so excited to see what the Lord has in store for us, I know this is gona be a great year for all!!
On Friday Jan. 9th our church visited the Apostolic Worship center in Gresham for a youth rally. It was the first one my children have been to, so I was so very anxious to see what effect it would have on them. I knew that seeing other children their age worshiping the Lord, all on one accord would let them know that we are not alone in our beliefs and it would be a wonderful blessing to there soul’s. I knew great thing were going to happen that night, for the simple fact that the enemy tried his hardest to keep us from going. Anything that could have gone wrong, went wrong. I just thank the Lord for giving me the strength to press thru the obstacles that the enemy thru in our way. GOD IS GOOD!!
After hearing a wonderful message about sanctification, and one God, the altar call arrived. all the youth went to the altar, It was so beautiful to see so many young people worshiping the Lord, pouring there hearts out to him. The Lord was blessing all of them. I remained in the pews praying that the Lord would fill my children with his Holy Spirit. For the first time ever I begged the Lord to not let my children leave with out being filled! My son Chamber has been so close the receiving the Holy Ghost for a few weeks prior, I thought for sure he would receive it. I continued in prayer, and after awhile sister Samantha told me that my daughter Makyla and her daughter Sydne received the Holy Ghost!!! I screamed HALLALUJAH!!! My baby girl?? God is so AMAZING! If you know my daughter, you would understand where im coming from, she is so shy, and always worried about what people think. I truly thought she would be the last one to get it, just because she is so shy. I just wish I could have seen her receive it!!! It has been my desire for a very long time. But seeing her lil face with the Holy Ghost glow!! Oh how wonderful it was to see the look of peace and joy all over her. I could see God shining thru her!! Praise God for saving my baby!! The Lord never seizes to amaze me, for the first time in 12 years, my daughter had a sense of calm about her. And once again the Lord has shown us that this truly is the year of salvation! I also know that it wont be too much longer before my sons are saved as well! For it is God promise to all who seek him.
We just has our monthly Andrew Service, I have to say, in my opinion it was the best one so far. It’s evident that the Lord is blessing our church in our ministry, in our individual lives, and our growth as a whole. I feel so fortunate to be a part of this wonderful church, ministry, family and revival!! It is such a blessing to see so many souls hungry for the Lords righteous will and truth!! I am so excited to see what the Lord has in store for our church, I see big things happening, if the Lord chooses to tarry. May the Lord bless you all…..

This last Sunday, was exceptionally awesome
God met us, and truly blessed us. The influx of the Lord’s presence was virtually irresistible. The desire for a much needed touch from the Lord was wholly fulfilled. The word that was delivered by Pastor struck a chord in my soul and I thank God that he found me, and moved me, and delivered me. Time is too short to be stuck in the same slothful type behavior. I praise God that he loves me and gives me so much grace and mercy, and that he allows me to mature in ways I would think impossible outside of Him. Thank you Jesus once again, for your faithfulness and your goodness, which is far beyond any explanation I could attempt to give.
AMEN SISTER!!!……..I too was deeply moved by the Lord’s marvelous presents. I am so very grateful for our Pastors love of the truth, and his desire to help us grow in spirit. I love how the Lord ALWAYS knows what we need, and is always on time with his mercy and strength!! My soul is on fire with love for my Lord and savior. Words cant describe how wonderful it feels to be in the will of God, there is truly nothing greater!! I LOVE YOU LORD WITH ALL MY HEART AND SOUL!! My life is yours, you are my everything!
My family and I are of the Apostolic faith and attend a church right here in the state of California. We are actually going to Oregon tomorrow and will be going to the bible study on wednesday night. I am excited to see the differences/similarities with the churches. I can’t wait to worship God with everyone!
Praise the Lord Everyone!! I am so excited about how God is moving in our lives!! The Lord has blessed us with a new church home, and I have a strong feeling God is going to bless our ministry in a huge way! I believe our spiritual growth is going to sky rocket in our new environment! I can hardly wait for our first service in our new home!!
God also blessed my soul by making a way for me to attend the 2009 Woman’s Conference and it was AMAZING!! I now have a new desire to have a closer relationship with my Father Jesus Christ! A new understanding of God and all his Glory! The words that I heard were exactly what I needed to hear! God is so amazing he truly knows our hearts! I am so full of love for God I feel like my soul is going to jump out of my skin!!! WOW what an AMAZING feeling….Thank you GOD…..you are so so GOOD!!
